We are an NHS registered pharmacy that consolidates all your patients’ medication into modular trays that are identified by time intervals over 28 days. Our trays are also clearly labelled with the patient’s name, NHS number and days of the week. Whilst each individual pot clearly indicates medication, dosage and the date it needs to be administered. A 28 day supply of medication is collectively packaged for all your patients’ and delivered alongside original pack medication such as topicals, inhalers and certain drugs that are exempt from being placed in our trays. Receiving medication in our PillPots trays is not only FREE but is also conveniently delivered to you without charge.

How PillPots work

We have a simple four step process:

1. Free Consultation

Speak to one of our friendly advisors who are well versed in the care sector. Discuss how PillPots can help you with our free streamline service.

2. Register with PillPots

Following consultation, initiate the simple registration process by clicking on “Get Started”. Once your patients’ have transitioned over to ourselves, simply order your prescriptions at your GP and forward a copy of the repeat to ourselves. To ensure smooth delivery of service, we advise to place your orders 21 days before cycle begins.

3. Receive Medication

We aim to deliver your patients’ medication 5 days prior to cycle start date. Once received you have ample time to book medication in and ensure everything is as requested. We deliver our medication in large boxes with patients’ trays stacked in an orderly fashion and external items delivered simultaneously.

4. Communication

All homes we provide a service to have access to our dedicated team of professionals that shall support you end-to-end. Should you have any queries or questions in general, they a shall be more than willing to help.
