We keep things simple. Once you order medication at your GP, it automatically reaches our qualified and highly trained professionals who then process the prescription, initiate dispensing and following a rigorous 5 check process before delivering your medication to your door step totally FREE.

Modular design which supports portability. In the event you are travelling away for the weekend, there is no need to take cumbersome boxes of medication with you. Our sleak design allows for you to remove the desired number of Pots which can be conveniently packed away without wasting too much space. The amazing thing is, these small Pots not only carry your complete interval dose but are clearly labelled with the list of drugs, dosages as well as date and time to be taken.

Your medication is checked at 5 separate stages to ensure reduction of errors. Before being packed and ready for delivery, our qualified pharmacists carry out a final accuracy check before sealing.

External items and those that are exempt from going into the PillPots trays are supplied at the same time and delivered together to ensure a complete and collective prescription delivery.

We offer a totally free service from dispensing to delivery*. Once your prescription has been issued (and paid for if you have no exemptions) we then deliver your medication to your doorstep without any charge.

All components of our trays are recyclable thus promoting kindness to the environment. In addition, our trays are manufactured in the UK which helps reduce our carbon footprint. *unless you have subscribed to one our premium supplement programs.
How pillpots work
We have a simple four step process
1. Register with us
Click on the “Get Started” button and sign up yourself or for someone who needs medication support. This process is very simple and will only take a few minutes to complete. To expedite this process, it is helpful to have your NHS number to hand, however not mandatory at this stage.
2. Order your prescription
Once you have registered, PillPots shall officially become your nominated pharmacy*. When you order your prescription, it shall automatically come to us and processed by our highly skilled members of staff. If you do not have your NHS number available during initial registration in Step 1, simply notify your GP on your next visit for them to officially nominate PillPots as your preferred pharmacy.
3. Dispensing
Upon receiving your prescription on our NHS portal, the team shall then evaluate and dispense all items into our tamper evident PillPots tray system. During this process, a total of 5 clinical and accuracy checks are conducted prior to delivery.
4. Delivery
Your PillPots trays alongside any external items shall arrive in one delivery in due time of administration. You do not pay for this delivery service.
Am I eligible?
There are very few pre-requisites to our service highlighted below and clarity given on aspects that do not determine eligibility:
• You are prescribed a minimum of 4 different drugs per daily administration
• Reside in England
• Can also register on behalf of someone else
• Patients of all ages are welcome to use our service
• All health conditions are welcome
• We do not discriminate against anyone, regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation and such forth
